To help complex employers to remodel how they recruit, using RPO as part of a strategic solution rather than simply as a recruitment tool.

What is TalentMode? 

Talent Mode is a new service created by Talent Works International, redefining how an RPO solution is created, constructed and delivered. Insight-led, as well as process driven, Talent Mode enables forward-thinking employers to manage their resourcing needs while at the same time refining, honing and crafting the quality of their candidate experience. It’s a different way of thinking about RPO: responsive to business needs, tailored to candidate requirements, designed to enhance employer brand and reputation – rather than simply get numbers through the door.

About You

Great Business Developers close deals, as well as opening doors. You must currently be in a similar role within the Resourcing sector, with a proven track record of securing RPO or volume recruiting solutions. In a genuinely entrepreneurial environment, you’ll have the autonomy to grow relationships, build your pipeline and cultivate opportunities. The only caveat is that you have to be as focused on internal management as you are on external growth, providing clear forecasting, reporting and pipeline plans to the business.

Experience of designing and delivering new business strategies is essential, with particular knowledge around and emphasis on volume hiring. You need to understand and appreciate the complexities of the process without ever getting lost in the detail. So you’ll be adept at managing stakeholder relationships, creating clarity around key decision-making and turning development opportunities into concrete new business.

Talent Mode is creating incredible new business opportunities for Talent Works, so you’ll need to be able to lead by example, influence at all levels and have a real tenacity to deliver results. You need to analyse issues quickly, execute strategy effectively and deliver results consistently.
