Our Talent Works International team is rapidly growing. And with it we need a Senior Resourcing Consultant to nail down the best candidates to join the world’s biggest and best employers. By delivering excellent projects for our clients, you’ll build rapport and use this momentum advantageously. Keeping the ball rolling to secure further deals. In a team of likeminded talented people, you’ll get your hands dirty from the offset. There’s no space for rigidity here. We’re not like everyone else.

The Essentials

For starters you’re going to have experience working in an in-house recruitment setting or directly on RPO. Leave any process driven recruitment knowledge at the door and pave your own way with us. We do recruitment differently here. Whether you are looking for a rewarding career step change or want to join a growing global business; we’re breaking the recruitment mould and you can too. You’ll have:

• Experience providing regular reporting and analysis;
• A proven track record delivering resourcing projects;
• Confidence and familiarity with building and maintaining client relationships;
• The ability to deliver executive level hires and volume campaign initiatives;
• A BA (hons) degree (preferred).

You’re going to fit right in here. While we all claim to be expert researchers, you need to be a dab hand at filtering efficiently to pursue only the best-fit talent. And that won’t always take place on LinkedIn. You will work across the full sourcing spectrum, from initiating conversations to closing those all-important deals. It is an exciting role that puts you right in the action. In the middle of the recruitment lifecycle. You won’t sit back waiting for direction here. You’ll be at the forefront; securing talented people for our global clients. It’s in your hands.
