The international beauty giant, AVON, approached us to help them source and attract talented people for their Area Management roles. They wanted to improve attraction and reduce time to hire, so turned to TWI to streamline the process and take the pressure off their internal team.

Our sourcing team provide end-to-end recruitment for AVON – from taking the initial brief for a new vacancy, delivering direct sourcing and attraction campaigns, to making the verbal offer and finally handing over to their HR team. We work alongside AVON to deliver CV and telephone screening, biographical and competency based assessment, co-ordinating interviews, candidate feedback calls, and regular updates to Hiring Managers. We also produce weekly and monthly reporting, activity insight, application rates, and market research.
