You must be an experienced Sales leader with demonstrable success in the development and acquisition of recruitment services within both full RPO and project RPO environments. With a clear methodology to support your new business instincts, you will take responsibility and accountability for building a pipeline, fostering relationships and leading pitch planning. You will need to be hands-on; but you will also appreciate that this is an opportunity to really shape, drive and lead a passionate, energetic team with an exciting proposition and service offering behind them.
