About the role

Ready to be part of making things happen at a growing global business? As part of our Business Operations team, you’ll be the one ensuring everything goes to plan. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business administration duties and general ad hoc tasks
  • Accounts Assistant duties – Systems management, credit control and Invoicing
  • Arranging travel bookings for all three of our locations
  • Making business and general office purchases
  • Liaising closely with IT/Telecoms providers to ensure systems are operating efficiently
  • Coordinating with facility/maintenance providers for all three offices
  • Events planning and coordination

It’s all about making sure the right measures are taken, the right people are contacted and the right provisions are made to get the work done.

About you

Whatever environment you have worked in before, you’ll need to be able to demonstrate outstanding communication and problem solving skills. A solid understanding of MS Office is also essential in this role. An aptitude for learning, picking up new software and prioritising organisation is a further must. At the centre of it all you’ll be calm in the face of a challenge, and you’ll always be looking for ways to improve processes and make things run more smoothly.
