As our Business Support Administrator, you will support the operational function of the business. Your focus will be on clerical duties, department specific tasks and being the first point of contact for external service providers, as well as creating and amending documents using Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business admin and general ad hoc tasks
  • Arranging travel bookings
  • Accountable for office purchases
  • Arranging staff training
  • Liaising closely with IT/Telecoms providers
  • Coordinating with facility/maintenance providers

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a business support role
  • Good interpersonal, collaboration, facilitation and communication skills
  • Embodies the company values – hard work, honesty, integrity and support
  • Demonstrates significant organisational skills and is able to work to concurrent deadlines
  • Uses initiative well and is a good problem solver
  • MS Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint
