Campaign Consultant
All levels

This opportunity is perfect for someone who can manage campaigns (from beginning to end), high-volume recruitment targets, and demanding client relationships.

In this role, you will work directly with clients to hit recruiting targets ahead of tight deadlines, often in conjunction with ongoing campaigns. You will also:

  • Quickly learn about a wide variety of roles
  • Work with client services to help develop attraction strategies that directly engage candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including social media
  • Actively headhunt, approach and interview candidates
  • Develop a network of candidates for future pipeline
  • Provide detailed analysis with insight into recruiting performance
  • Perform competitor analysis
  • Create talent maps and develop talent market insights according to client brief

It takes dedication, resilience, and a willingness to go the extra mile. You must have:

  • Extensive experience working on high-volume and / or executive search
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to deal effectively with candidates and clients at all levels
  • Excellent time management, multitasking and organisation skills
  • The ability to provide recommendations based on market insight and campaign analysis
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and recruitment best practices
