Content is key for our business growth. It’s how we communicate who we are, what we do and what we think, so we can connect with the businesses who need our help. That’s why we need someone to help us produce the content that will make innovative, global brands sit up and listen.

What you’ll be doing

Sitting within our Digital and Marketing team, you’ll help us plan and develop social media strategies to market Talent Works, as well as help our team of recruiters advertise roles on behalf of our clients. You’ll also plan and develop content for our website, blog and social media channels, create helpful online resources, and stay in touch with our network through email campaigns.

Plus, you’ll keep an eye on how our content is performing and create a monthly report on what we’re doing well, and what we could be doing better.

Who we need

Although you don’t need lots of experience, you should have a relevant degree, some valuable work experience and excellent writing skills. You should be enthusiastic and keen to learn, with an enquiring, creative mind, and the confidence to present your ideas to people across the business.
