Now, we’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to work with a range of exciting businesses, operating as an extension of their recruitment team.
What you’ll be doing
You will work in partnership with just a few of our clients, giving you the opportunity to really get to know their business and their hiring needs. You will build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, working with them to define recruitment strategies and key objectives. You’ll also collaborate with our in-house creative and digital teams to build employer brands and digital attraction campaigns.
This is a varied role that gives you the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients’ success, shape the way they hire and broaden your knowledge around different industries and talent markets.
Who we’re looking for
As an experienced recruiter, you’ll use a variety of techniques to identify and source candidates, build good relationships and provide an outstanding candidate experience. We’re a close-knit team who support one another, so we’d like someone who enjoys pitching in, learning new skills and lending a hand. And if you speak a second language, that would be a massive bonus.
