About you

This role will give you the opportunity to hone your organisational skills, stakeholder management, relationship building and candidate engagement, giving you a great foundation for a career in recruitment and a wealth of transferable skills.

Here, you’ll work alongside our Senior Consultant, getting to grips with the world of resourcing right from the get-go. At the same time, you’ll have plenty of room to take the initiative. As soon as you’re ready, you’ll talk directly to candidates, manage clients and explore new ways to improve processes. If you’re sensational – and we know you will be – you’ll move up incredibly quickly. The aim is to have you running a major account within 12 months.
