About the role

You will be the Recruitment Services Manager for a global client, understanding their business needs, becoming a subject matter expert in their sector and take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment solutions. You will plan, create and implement all recruitment strategies, including channels to market, compensation benchmarking, candidate availability and hiring SLA’s.

Altogether, that makes this far more than simply a standard recruiter role. Which means we’re looking for individuals with a real sense of what it means to partner with a client. You’ll be a single point of contact: forecasting, anticipating changing needs, undertaking detailed project analysis to support decision making by providing recommendations on attraction strategies while proactively driving and influencing strategic relationships. Depending on our client, there may be travel involved – therefore you will need to be committed, credible and responsive.

About you

A self-starter with an incredible work ethic and a team-first mentality, you must have extensive experience of leading a high-volume RPO. A proven track record of implementation and consistently successful delivery is also essential. With in-depth recruitment knowledge and expertise, you will be able to work with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining relationships as well as motivating and empowering colleagues in the service delivery teams. You will also have the capability to drive fulfilment, quality of service, cost of delivery and compliance by providing and monitoring SLA’s or KPI’s on all aspects of service. Attention to detail is critical, with the vision to deliver core services while also identifying every opportunity to integrate innovative ideas into the solution.
