Now’ we’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to work with a leading telecoms provider, operating as an extension of their team to help them grow their business.
What you’ll be doing
With ownership of between 15 and 20 active roles at any one time, you’ll take full responsibility for sourcing and screening quality candidates, all while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will build strong relationships with the Recruitment Business Partners, providing them with regular status updates and liaising with them about hiring strategies and recruitment needs. You will also use your experience to support the rest of your team, identifying opportunities to improve our processes and compiling data analytics and market insights.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll need to use a variety of techniques to identify and source candidates, build good relationships and track down those hard-to-find skillsets. We’re a close-knit team who support one another, so we’d like someone who enjoys pitching in, learning new skills and lending a hand.
