In this role, the projects are long-term, and will require you to immerse yourself in a client’s business as a true extension of their recruitment team. You will have the candidate experience at the heart of everything you do.

As a Senior Resourcer, you will be responsible for:

  • Directly identifying and engaging with passive and active talent through traditional and inventive sourcing methods
  • Screen and interview potential candidates, managing them through the recruitment process
  • Develop a network of candidates for future pipeline
  • Provide detailed analysis with insight into recruiting performance and talent markets
  • Perform administration of internal systems

It takes a love of challenges, and a willingness do anything it takes to find the talent our clients need. You must have:

  • Extensive experience in high volume recruitment,
  • Solid organization and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Deal effectively with candidates and clients at all levels
  • Knowledge of the latest resourcing tools to unearth talent that is not on LinkedIn
  • Interest in constantly developing your sourcing tools
