What you’ll be doing
As one of our Tech Recruiters, you will build long term relationships with some of the most exciting businesses out there, proactively promoting their employer brand and taking ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle; from streamlining the process, to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll communicate with hiring managers to understand their needs, create effective recruiting strategies, and ensure KPIs are met. You’ll also be a role model to the wider team dedicated to the RPO, providing them with the advice and direction they need.

What you’ll need
We’re after someone with extensive experience within Tech recruitment, who understands the market and how best to engage this highly-sought after talent pool.
As a Talent Works ambassador, you’ll be someone who enjoys building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. You should be highly organised, and have excellent communication skills and the initiative to anticipate problems and seek out solutions. Finally, you’ll be in-the-know when it comes to the latest industry trends and best practices.
