Now we’re looking for a Technology Recruitment Specialist to work with some of the world’s most exciting tech businesses. Whether it’s a start-up looking to scale, or a Series C enterprise going stratospheric, you’ll operate as an extension of your clients’ recruitment team to help them surround themselves with talented people.
What you’ll be doing
You will work in partnership with just a few of our technology clients, giving you the opportunity to really get to know their business and their hiring needs. You will build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, working with them to define recruitment strategies and key objectives. You’ll also collaborate with our in-house creative and digital teams to build employer brands and digital attraction campaigns.
This is a varied role that gives you the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients’ success, shape the way they hire and track down the very best candidates in a highly competitive market.
Who we’re looking for
As an experienced recruiter for technology roles, you’ll need an in-depth knowledge of the tech landscape. You’ll need to build good relationships with tech talent, providing an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish. We’re a close-knit team who support one another, so we’d like someone who enjoys pitching in, learning new skills and lending a hand. And if you speak a second language, that would be a massive bonus.
