Job Description

We customize solutions to help organizations identify, attract and engage the right talent.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the US sourcing team, supporting our clients’ recruitment needs. You will successfully manage prospective business and recruitment searches against a timeline, setting benchmarks and metrics as you go. In this role, you’ll report directly to our global CEO in the UK and partner closely with the SVP of North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute project work and keep up with the changing needs or the business and our clients
  • Ensure search requests are clearly defined
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities as required
  • Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and work closely with the team to develop the best approach for clients
  • Prepare and participate in project reviews with clients and senior management
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with project team and clients
  • Ensure project documents and engagements are complete and updated timely
  • Participate in project scoping and implement SOW/SLA requirements
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions
  • Communicate effectively with client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our clients’ businesses and objectives
  • Conduct effective performance evaluations and help execute career development plans
  • Lead the recruitment efforts for all Talent Works US positions (Sourcing, Client Services and Creative}
Skills & Experience

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of recruitment experience (including Recruitment Process Outsourcing)
  • 8+ years of experience in a project or account management capacity
  • 5+ years of managing talent acquisition
  • Ability to travel up to 20% annually as needed (you’ll even have the opportunity to visit the UK for leadership meetings 1-2 times per year)
