About the role

Recruitment and employer communications can be complex, so this calls for a certain type of digital designer. Someone with the logical thinking to understand a brief, evaluate best practice, build out wireframes and create structured, pixel-perfect page designs. A commitment to high-quality design is vital; along with the mind set needed to work closely with writers, developers and other designers to transform conceptual thinking into working digital assets. You love to see where the user journey can take you: across platforms, across formats, onto landing pages, into animations, onto live events and social media. All within brand guidelines, of course.

About you

You must be able to work autonomously, understand how your role impacts on the wider team and be a specialist in some key areas:

  • UX / UI design
  • Adobe CS, with a preference for XD
  • New trends in front-end design
  • The web design and development process
