Deutsche Bank: Analysing the Market

Deutsche Bank connected with us to produce monthly digest reports on their Employer Brand in order to create a greater awareness within the DB team and ultimately strengthen their Employer Brand. We created tailored monthly reports for 6 months, each with a different focus based around what was in the news at a given time. One of which centred around culture, reporting on how other companies enforce a great culture, what this looks like and how it could impact employee satisfaction at Deutsche Bank.

These reports acted as a crib sheet and functioned to provide DB’s Employer Brand team with key trends, news and insight on the global market. This involved a meshing of the Brand & Insight team and Creative, turning the research-led information into digestible, informative PDFs to be used across the business.
