Ericsson: Beyond 'You + Ericsson'

Our partnership with Ericsson has centred around re-activating their employer brand, building on the ‘You + Ericsson: a powerful combination’ proposition. It’s framed around promoting Ericsson as a large-scale, global employer offering huge challenges and opportunities. The emphasis on being able to make a difference at Ericsson is carried through every campaign and initiative. From attraction campaigns, brandbooks and an all encompassing careers site, we’ve helped to communicate Ericsson’s vision of a networked society.

The idea has always been to put the brand directly into the hands of the people who matter: internal stakeholders, brand ambassadors and candidates. Our close partnership with Ericsson has given us the scope to work on wide-ranging campaigns and activations – always keeping the multinational, innovative and global message front of mind. Diversity Awareness Month saw us focus on the eyes of individuals and the ‘Ericsson sees the real you’ message, showing how each employee is influential in their own way.

Engagement was visible in both the short and long term. With submissions for the interactive map coming from an astounding 42 different countries. Our partnership saw employee referrals doubling in one year, now comprising over 33% of Ericsson’s total experienced hires.
