Mitchells & Butlers

Our partnership with M&B begun in 2017. We simplified their EVP and segmented the proposition for each individual pub and restaurant brand. We created a brand message that was a true reflection of each business and role, ‘love every moment’, and the emphasis of all the collateral was to show these different, fulfilling and challenging moments that every member of staff experiences whilst working at one of the M&B brands. We simplified and updated their employer brand framework, and reactivated their brand with new assets, including fresh guidelines, new photography, film and attraction toolkits.

The purpose of these tools and guides were to be accessible for pub managers, allowing them to build their own recruitment collateral, as and when they need to fill a position or advertise an upcoming event. It was about creating a familiar brand and tone of voice that can cover all of M&B’s internal communications and recruitment needs. Providing a message that is a true reflection of the business, and getting this message to the right people, in the right formats. Our partnership with M&B extended further throughout the year and saw us updating various internal and external comms to match the established EVP branding.
