Sage: TalentMode RPO

Sage has undertaken a major organisational transformation that has seen the business move to a new global operating model. In order to achieve this, Sage needed to be viewed as an employer of choice in its industry. Our strategy has centred around attracting, engaging and hiring the best talent in the market. This began with implementing our TalentMode RPO model to support circa 400-500 hires across the UK and Ireland.

As part of our flexible RPO we developed a segmented EVP and attraction strategy that we were able to activate through a number of channels. Taking a digital-first approach, we built micro-sites and digital toolkits and relaunched the internal referral program. Using programmatic, display, social media and direct sourcing methods, we focused on innovation and increasing their employer brand profile. We also built role-specific 30 second video animations to be used across social media to drive traffic to the landing page, and to open up conversations about the available roles.
