VP-level Sourcing Solutionswith Sage

Sage is an organisation that is undergoing an exciting transformation, but their ambition is to be positioned as the employer of choice in a crowded industry. Isabelle Hung, Director of Global Resourcing Strategy and Executive Hire, engaged with Talent Works to source and recruit for ad-hoc vacancies at VP level and above. Due to the success and pace of the work delivered, we agreed on a three-month partnership taking us to the end of their financial year (July-Sept). We have worked on filling 28 roles to date.

Together, we’re helping them not simply to recruit for individual roles; but now to prepare more effectively to be an employer with a clear, distinctive and compelling message. At a practical level, we support Sage in a number of ways. We produce weekly and monthly reports, candidate pipeline and host weekly conferences with key stakeholders. The outcome of the partnership is a significant reduction in time to hire, above and beyond Sage’s 90-day turnover expectation.
