Simply Business asked us to assist them with validating or disproving the notion that they’d ‘exhausted the local Sales talent supply’. After experiencing difficulty with their recruitment, Simply Business were looking for answers and a way to overcome their struggle.

We examined other companies’ employer brands to establish where Simply Business sits, looked at location feasibility for candidates and created a market intelligence report that demonstrates the onboarding process of new starters. We then delivered this back to the client and were able to provide some answers and recommendations to overcome their issue with securing Sales talent.
