How do you target and talk to the best graduates?
Associated British Ports is the UK’s largest ports operator. They were launching a new campaign for their Graduate Programme – but timescales were tight and brand awareness was low. Within three weeks, we provided them with the creativity and planning they needed to target and recruit graduates in a very specialist discipline. We provided:
- Programmatic campaigns
- Landing page and landing page and ambassador toolkit
- Assessment centres

The Solution
The challenge was to build awareness of a new programme, yet at the same time to deliver a highly targeted response from graduates who already had an interest in port management. New creative concepts brought the programme to life, supported by a programmatic campaign which took the message to exactly the right audience. The campaign generated:
- Nearly 1 million impressions
- Over 100 applications
- Candidates hired for 4 different UK locations
- Quality of candidates at assessment centres was extremely high
