We supported Amadeus with their recruitment efforts as they launched their new Tech initiative.

We positioned Amadeus as a leading tech proposition for prospective candidates using a bespoke digital attraction strategy for each target market, a conversion-oriented micro-site and several segmented media campaigns to cover their six target locations.

The user-friendly micro-site makes it quick and easy for candidates to apply, removing the need for lengthy forms.
The social media campaigns incorporated a suite of messages that people could resonate with at any stage in a job search.

To encourage candidates to convert and to raise brand retention we retargeted previous visitors to the microsite across all platforms. We also developed the creative throughout to keep the campaign fresh and engaging.
