Connecting with tech talent
Red Hat brought us on as an RPO provider for an initial 12-week period, to help them fill a series of senior tech roles across Europe – a famously tricky sector to recruit for. Many of the people we spoke to weren’t actively searching for a new role, so it was our job to persuade them to make the move to Red Hat. Over the initial 12-week period, we secured 8 offers – Red Hat were so pleased with our results that they extended the contract and so far, we’ve helped them make 21 offers (and counting).
