Building an employer brand

How did we build an award-winning employer brand for Ericsson? By simplifying their proposition, building usable toolkits and making it easy to understand, communicate and engage with.

  • Research and focus groups identified the EVP
  • A one-page infographic made it easy to understand
  • A full redesign and rewrite of the careers site built the message

We continued to build the brand in a number of different ways. We created:

  • an app for global recruitment teams to access information
  • a playbook to help bring the brand to life
  • a game to share on social media

We also explored how we could take Ericsson out to a new generation of talent through an animation campaign.
