Rapid growth meant they were experiencing unprecedented challenges in talent acquisition across Europe, especially in technology roles. They needed a recruitment partner that:

The Solution
We quickly adopted a partnership approach that involved the Talent Works teams consulting directly with TA advisors and hiring managers, understanding requirements and mapping local talent markets. The partnership continues from initial candidate screening, through to technical testing, followed by shortlisting for interview and offer. So far, we have:
- Run campaigns in 20 locations (Europe and Middle East)
- Shortened the ‘interest-to-offer ‘period (av. 36 days)
- Pipelined nearly 500 candidates for future roles
