Since 2023, we have partnered with CityFibre as part of a long-term RPO, building on more than five years of support across every aspect of their talent attraction.
In 2025, our dedicated team of two recruiters and one coordinator delivered an average of 13 hires per month, resulting in 151 hires from 14,028 applications. This success was underpinned by a deep understanding of the roles, proactive talent pipelining and the ability to quickly identify opportunities across the business. The team also introduced a new working process to streamline collaboration between recruiters and Recruitment Business Partners (RBPs), improving efficiency and enhancing ways of working. The impact was reflected in a 74% submittal-to-interview conversion rate.
