Our 3-year contract with CityFibre is shaped by a vision to bring HR, talent acquisition and contractor hiring closer together to provide a real-time view of ‘who is in the business’. We have worked to improve the hiring manager, workers, supplier and project office experience by auditing the talent supply chain, consolidating invoicing and improving the technology that underpins the process.
