Our 3-year contract with CityFibre is shaped by a vision to bring HR, talent acquisition and contractor hiring closer together to provide a real-time view of ‘who is in the business’. We have worked to improve the hiring manager, workers, supplier and project office experience by auditing the talent supply chain, consolidating invoicing and improving the technology that underpins the process.

• 24 contract workers transitioned in initially, now more than 65 within the program
• Consolidated invoicing launched
• Supplier rationalization process implement
• VMS UI refresh to improve user experience
• Simplified approval and tracking processes to improve hiring manager experience
• UK Taxation and legislation changes (NMW) executed on 1st April​
• Supported client with external Auditor and HMRC audits
• Co-created contractor grievance processes
