    Neil founded talent works in 2009 and has since led the growth and evolution of the business as one of the challenger brands in the talent solutions space across EMEA and the US. He has over 20 years of industry experience and a passion for creating opportunities and environments that help our business, people and teams thrive in their roles and careers.

      Hollie has worked in the recruitment industry since graduating. She joined Talent Works as a Recruiter over a decade ago and grew as the agency grew. As Managing Director, Operations, she takes now responsibility for the success of our RPO and MSP accounts globally.

      Melody is a CIPD qualified HR professional working closely with senior leaders and management teams across the business. Responsible for designing and implementing a fully performing HR function, whilst supporting a holistic approach to people management and ensuring the HR initiatives reinforce the company's culture and values.

      Dan specialises in guiding clients on the creative development of their employer brand, narrative and visual identity, as well as supporting his team as they take those brands into new and exciting activations. During a long career in talent communications, he has won many awards for copywriting and branding, for clients such as wagamama, Ericsson, Sainsbury’s and KFC.
