When a brand new motorsports team needed to recruit 600 new hires in the space of 12 months, we mobilised a 15-strong recruitment team within 6 weeks. We built a solution that utilised AI sourcing/screening, employer brand development and social content creation, and video interviewing technology. We also built a destination for candidates: a new careers site that integrated with Workable ATS and acted as a shop window their employer brand, their culture and their opportunities.

 

 

 

Through the enterprise RPO, we reduced time-to-hire from 6 months to 33 days and achieved £1.5 million in cost savings. We are now taking the RPO onto an international level, supporting other parts of the operation.
