As CEO of Talent Works, Neil leads strategic direction, new business development and the implementation of new products and service lines.

Jody manages North America for talent works. She helps clients leverage talent works’ team of brand and insight specialists, creative marketers and global recruiters. Jody started her career in the broadcast industry and is now a frequent speaker at HR industry events.

Don has an impressive background in the talent acquisition space, having spent many successful years at Red Hat as Global TA Director and leading the talent agenda for companies such as Socure, Vistaprint, and Sapient. As the Managing Director, Don plays a key role in business development activities, as well as supporting and leading our wider teams and operations across North America.

Melody is a CIPD qualified HR professional working closely with senior leaders and management teams across the business. Responsible for designing and implementing a fully performing HR function, whilst supporting a holistic approach to people management and ensuring the HR initiatives reinforce the company's culture and values.

Dan specialises in guiding clients on the creative development of their employer brand, narrative and visual identity, as well as supporting his team as they take those brands into new and exciting activations. During a long career in talent communications, he has won many awards for copywriting and branding, for clients such as wagamama, Ericsson, Sainsbury’s and KFC.

Hollie has worked in the recruitment industry for over 13 years, with 10 of those years being with talent works. She started as a Recruiter and worked her way up to becoming the Head of Client Success. As the Head of Client Success, her main responsibility is to ensure that the company secures new business, develops existing accounts, and retains clients by providing exceptional service and continually improving and evolving our integrated offerings.

Paul leads a diverse group of researchers and marketers promoting talent works as the recruitment services partner of choice to their target market while also delivering great outputs for clients.

James is responsible for expanding the RPO and MSP solutions of Talent Works across EMEA and US markets, working closely with the board and executive leadership team. He has extensive experience in delivering innovative and bespoke talent acquisition strategies for a diverse range of clients. With his innovation, drive and passion, James knows how to create strong and profitable recruitment companies that stand out.
