As CEO of Talent Works, Neil leads strategic direction, new business development and the implementation of new products and service lines.

Hollie has worked in the recruitment industry since graduating. She joined Talent Works as a Recruiter over a decade ago and grew as the agency grew. As Managing Director, Operations, she takes now responsibility for the success of our RPO and MSP accounts globally.

Melody is a CIPD qualified HR professional working closely with senior leaders and management teams across the business. Responsible for designing and implementing a fully performing HR function, whilst supporting a holistic approach to people management and ensuring the HR initiatives reinforce the company's culture and values.

Dan specialises in guiding clients on the creative development of their employer brand, narrative and visual identity, as well as supporting his team as they take those brands into new and exciting activations. During a long career in talent communications, he has won many awards for copywriting and branding, for clients such as wagamama, Ericsson, Sainsbury’s and KFC.

Jody manages North America for talent works. She helps clients leverage talent works’ team of brand and insight specialists, creative marketers and global recruiters. Jody started her career in the broadcast industry and is now a frequent speaker at HR industry events.

Raymond specialises in driving the evolution of our RPO and MSP offerings throughout our EMEA & US operations. Raymond's commitment to excellence has garnered him a reputation for delivering exceptional results, earning him recognition as a trusted advisor.

As Director of New Customer Engagement, Stuart partners closely with clients to understand their talent challenges and shape tailored workforce solutions. With a consultative approach, he guides organisations through strategic RPO, MSP, and Employer Brand initiatives (Total Talent Solutions), helping them build agile and effective talent strategies on a global scale.
