HomeServe is one of the UK’s leading assistance providers, with Engineers and Customer Service teams on standby 7 days a week to help customers in need. We partnered with them to fill Customer Service vacancies in their Preston, Walsall and Nottingham contact centres.


The challenge from HomeServe was to help them to recruit Claims and Customer Service Advisors in 3 locations. We ran a creative campaign that gave HomeServe a ‘smile’ and provided a real sense of personality. We supported our advertising with a landing page that provided more information on locations (with links to Google Maps), roles and the culture of the company. We even included a video of current Advisors working from home – which helped to make our proposition really people-focused.


  • 15,000 landing page visitors during the campaign​
  • 1,710 applications directly through the landing page​
  • 19% average conversion rate, extraordinarily high compared to 1-2% on similar campaigns ​
  • 352 applications were made through our Facebook lead gen forms​
  • Overall, a total of 4,744 applications were received between the landing page, Facebook lead gen ​and Indeed​
  • 100 offers were made resulting in 74 hires​


Our success in recruiting for HomeServe saw us run a number of campaigns over the space of 3 years. As well as recruiting for Customer Service roles, we helped them recruit Gas Engineers, Plumbers and Sales Specialists.
